NOTABLE PROJECTS
FROM 2015 - PRESENT DAY
Anchor Handling Towing Supply (AHTS)
The Shallow Water AHTS has a Hybrid Propulsion system from which allows the vessel to optimize fuel efficiency with regards to different modes of operations
By running machinery at their most efficient loads, better fuel economy can be achieved. Compared to a non hybrid system, saving is as high as 16+% when in low load/ speed situations.
This vessel has a lower carbon footprint and is scalable for future battery application. Safety is also improved with reserve power available for emergencies.
Multi Purpose Catamaran
Demonstrating versatility and innovation, our hull designer and engineer have incorporated state-of-art equipment with operator’s functionality in mind.
In consultation with medical professionals and in consideration to the reception of survivors onboard during rescue mission, a clear flow through from triage room to 1st Aid treatment room and to resting bays has been incorporated into the design with a proper mess for pre-cooked package meals and sitting area for survivors (which could double up as an additional briefing room if need be.) A clear demarcation between pantry/mess and the 1st Aid treatment area minimizes air/fluid and food contamination during treatment. It also minimizes unnecessary disturbance and movement to each designated area onboard.
Fulfilment of all requirements could be achieved without moving or shifting any furniture. A dedicated command centre cum passenger room allow personnel direct access to the room without disturbing the onboard survivors and casualties. Our electronic room has ample space for maintenance and future growth for owners.
Our Design adopted a multi-purpose coating that provides thermal insulation, anti-condensation protection with benefit of air borne structural sound reduction.
Tanker
The EVO Tanker is built with smaller gensets which allows the vessel to optimize fuel efficiency with regards to different modes of operations.
By running machinery at their most efficient loads, better fuel economy can be achieved. Compared to a conventional diesel propulsion system, saving is as high as 20+% when in low load/ speed situations.
HVAC Ductless Zonal Solution. Ductless Zonal Cooling with small AHU for each zone allowing zonal fresh air change and reduces inter-cabin contamination with HEPA filters.
Full AC in Engine & Machinery Room: Improves equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance due to sea mist reduction.
Self Elevating Unit
Designed in accordance to Saudi Aramco (SA) Marine Department's
Marine Contract Vessel Specifications & Requirements (MCVS&R), EVO Self Elevating Unit is capable of continuous operation for a period of at least fourteen (14) days and carrying up to 100 people on board.
2 independent Ku-VSAT Antenna to segregate between Crew VSAT & Business VSAT, fulfilling the need for continuous, uninterrupted data and voice. Wireless Access Point installed in each accommodation cabin which greatly reduces blind spots, poor or no reception issues within the cabins.
High response with low mechanical losses propulsion, powered by generators standardized of a single type (used for common spares and maintenance), providing redundancy in event of single failure of main generator.
Ductless Zonal Cooling for each zone allows for zonal fresh air change and reduces inter-cabin contamination with HEPA filters. Pandemic isolation facilities are in place, as all cabins are designed to minimize contact risk should there be any outbreak of illness onboard.
